Are you responsible for a Late Cancelation? Help avoid a mix up with the starters and you’re Monitor. REGARDLESS of the reason, ALL cancelations must go through the Monitor.
Text Example: Your Name; Please Cancel
Know the Policy: If you are on the tee sheet that is turned into the starters at the start of league play, and you do not show, you are still responsible for paying the monitor the $2 fee.
Bringing a Guest? Please let the monitor know the names of any guests you have signed up and if they have a rec # or not. The starters have been told not to let someone say they are a “guest” to a league without the monitor confirming. Guests should pay the $2 monitor fee but do not have to pay for sweeps.
Ideally to avoid confusion: Make any Changes or Cancel with the Monitor before noon the Wednesday before play.
